Refund policy

At The Struqt, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to ensure that every order meets your expectations. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.

Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, personalization, or clearance reasons. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
